You can contact your local IMSU support officer on one of the following numbers:

The above numbers can be dialled from an external line by adding a prefix of 2.
The central helpdesk is staffed from 9:30am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5pm Monday to Friday. During busy times and outside these hours you may get an answer phone response. Please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible. Please do not call individual IMSU staff with new help requests. Use only the numbers listed above.
If your local IMSU office does not answer your call you will be forwarded to our central helpdesk at the John Radcliffe.
Please do not use these numbers if you are trying to contact the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust IT Helpdesk.
These numbers are for University Clinical School IT Support only. You can contact the Trust's IT helpdesk on extension 22822.

In person
Our main offices are located on level 3 of the John Radcliffe Hospital, through the Cairns Library. We also have satellite offices at the Old Road Campus (also covers Churchill Hospital and Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre), South Parks Road, Warneford Hospital and Radcliffe Infirmary. Please do not call to see us outside the times given above as we may be performing essential system maintenance. Please be aware that support staff may not always be available to speak to you at all times.
